Under normal circumstances, however, Titania Tickets maintains a near 100% success rate.

If you requested, for example, 3 adjacent seats but were only provided vouchers for 2 adjacent seats,

for a partial refund equivalent to the lacking seat. In this case, the refund will cover the cost of the
TPA fee for the
seat that was not fulfilled, as 2 adjacent seats were successfully secured in your preferred section and
area.
